The Kenyan Emergency Group Litigation (KEGL) is currently being heard in the High Court in London.

Hearings began in June 2016, when 10 Test Claimants travelled from Kenya to appear in court in person with other Test Claimants giving their Witness depositions via videolink from Nairobi. The Claimants legal team began presenting their case in November 2016 following which the Defendants legal team began presenting their case in July 2017.

The trial has been extended and is currently scheduled to run until the end of 2018.
