Freddie heads the Kenyan Emergency Group Litigation and has been instrumental in bringing the cases to trial spending many months based in Kenya over the last 5 years with our clients. Currently spending the majority of his time based in London in order to attend the trial (ongoing since November 2016 in the Royal Courts of Justice)
Freddie is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales he was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of Inner Temple. Subsequently he was a University Lecturer in Law lecturing in Civil Litigation, Equity and Trusts, Evidence. Tort, Contract, Regulatory Framework, Family Law and Practice, Commercial and Business Law. He has also taught for the Institute of Legal Executive training legal industry professionals to become qualified legal executives or solicitors. He has been published in legal journals and cited in various educational texts. He cross qualified and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in England and Wales.
