Tracey Greatorex is an experienced Personal Injury litigator who qualified as a solicitor in 2004.
Tracey specialised in Personal Injury litigation arising from Road Traffic Accidents, Accidents at Work and in Public, before joining the Kenyan Emergency Group Litigation (KEGL) case.
Tracey has spent considerable time in Nairobi to support claimants in gathering evidence and when claimants gave their depositions by videolink from Nairobi. Following this, Tracey assisted those Test Claimants who were giving evidence in person in London on the long flight to the UK, accompanying
them to court, during their time in London and on the return flight to Kenya, following hugely successful depositions.
Currently splitting her time between attending the hearings in London (ongoing since November 2016 in the Royal Courts of Justice) and legal work in Manchester.
Steve Martin has been practicing since 1993 and qualifiedas a solicitor in 2001. He became a partner in 2009. He is also the firms Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP) and a member of Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
Steve’s previous experience is in Personal Injury litigation involving complex and high value cases, including brain and spinal injuries. Steve has other experience in Professional Liability, Debt Recovery and Group Litigation.

Freddie heads the Kenyan Emergency Group Litigation and has been instrumental in bringing the cases to trial spending many months based in Kenya over the last 5 years with our clients. Freddie is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales he was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of Inner Temple. Subsequently he was a University Lecturer in Law lecturing in Civil Litigation, Equity and Trusts,Evidence,
Tort, Contract, Regulatory Framework, Family Law and Practice, Commercial and Business Law. He has also taught for the Institute of Legal Executive training legal industry professionals to become qualified legal executives or solicitors. He has been published in legal journals and cited in various educational texts. He cross qualified and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in England and Wales.
Freddie practice specialisms encompass International Human Rights and Reparation Claims Commercial Regulatory Litigation, High Value and Complex Personal Injury.
